Morii Design is committed to making all sustainable goods. Our products are created in different communities across India, not made in one factory or through one single process, but made by the people that represent the beautiful diversity of cultures. Because of the nature of our production, variations in sizing, care instructions, and finished product do occur.

We understand that each purchase is an expression of what the consumer values and chooses to support. So on behalf of our team and all our artisans across different communities in India, we want to personally thank you for believing in sustainable practices and choosing to buy from us.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders ship from Monday to Friday from our studio in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Deliveries within India are Free, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s)

Morii Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. 

We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including Blue dart or DHL. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. International shipping rates are applicable separately as per actuals.

Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of any items, please feel free to return it and we will gladly exchange it for another size, color, or another item. We will gladly assist you in exchanging any items you are not completely happy with.

Please note the following limitations:

  • All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items that have been worn, laundered or altered cannot be accepted for exchange.

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Morii Design is not responsible for any lost shipments.

Return & Refund

We accept returns that are eligible for full refunds only in the case where a wrong or defective item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

No Returns are accepted for one-of-the-kind textile artworks.

The shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.

The refund amount will be excluding the GST(12%) and shipping charges.
